Are all fabrics made in Italy?
All our jacquards are woven in Italy. Our main weaving factory is located in Alto Adige, on the Dolomites mountain.
All our linen clothes are woven up to Milan. Rugs are woven in south of Italy, Puglia.
How is it possible to wash your fabrics?
Linen/cotton jacquards washing instructions:
we suggest to use mild detergent, no bleach or softener. At the first washing, soak it in cold water for 5 mins and then wash it in washing machine, please note that you can go up to 40°C. Gently tumble dry. Pressed when still damp.
Wool or cashmere/cotton jacquards washing instructions:
we suggest to use mild detergent and neither bleach or softener. Gently hand washing in cold water. No tumble dry.
Linen clothes (as 100% linen napkins, 100% linen tablecloths) washing instructions:
machine washable 60° degrees using mild soap. Pre-soaking is very effective in lifting stains. No iron needed or iron with a steam if desired.
With all cleaning methods allowances should be made for shrinkage of between 3-10%. Fabrics can fade if placed in direct sunlight. For any clarifications about washing care, please send an email to email@example.com.

Do you cover lost or stolen packages?
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
What is your return policy for domestic shipments?
Unworn and unused merchandise accompanied by the original purchase receipt can be exchanged for store credit within 1 week of delivery.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, we will send a confirmation email immediately and follow up with a shipping notification and tracking number. Please note that all shipping labels take a moment to update.
